Condiciones generales

Tratamiento de datos por parte de TeamTrack                                                                                                                                                                                                  

  • TeamTrack no cede ningun dato a ninguna empresa, ni telefono, ni email, ni ubicacion.
  • Los datos de ubicacion y mensaje de estado unicamente podran ser vistos o recibidos por los amigos que previamente haya aceptado, organizadores de eventos si se apunta a alguno durante el dia del evento y por TeamTrack.
  • En caso de pulsar el boton de SOS los datos de ubicacion podran ser recibidos por el destinatario de SMS o email que usted haya designado.
  • Cuando TeamTrack accede a su agenda es para comprobar si alguno de sus contactos utiliza TeamTrack y de esta manera solicitarle amistad de manera rápida. Nunca se utiliza esa informacion para otro fin, ni se almacena ninguna informacion de su agenda.
  • Cuando TeamTrack solicita conocer su ubicacion en segundo plano es para poder enviar su ubicacion mientras usted tiene el movil en reposo.
  • Al subir una ruta GPX deberas definir si es publica o privada. Si selecionas que sea publica todos los usuarios podran verla en las busquedas.

Pago:
- El 20 % del pago se realizará al reservar la fecha. 40 % de siguiente se realizará una semana antes de enviar las balizas, el 40 % restante en los tres días siguientes al fin del evento. En caso de anulacion de evento o reserva con menos de 30 dias se perderá el 20 % del pago inicial.
- Cuota anual para organizar eventos ilimitados: 59,95 €/año ( existe la opción de que el evento vaya a nombre de TeamTrack y así no pagar esa cuota )

Fianza:
- Se estudiará en cada caso. Aun asi se deberá abonar el importe de las balizas perdidas o dañadas. El coste de cada baliza son 80 € en caso caso de la RD200 y 180 € en caso de la GL300W.

Envio:
- El envío de ida esta incluido en el precio. El envío de vuelta correrá por el organizador, y deberan enviarse como máximo dos días después de finalizar el evento, para poder volver a cargarlas y enviarlas a otros eventos. Pasados ese tiempo se deberá facturar los días extra.

Log Data
We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

File uploaded
The user can upload files in PDF or GPX format through the app to be able to navigate with Roadbook with GPS. These files will never be shared if the user does not do so voluntarily. These files will be hosted on our server protected with the usual security systems.
The data that the user uploads will never be personal documents, nor personal data of the same, only files for routes and navigation.
The user will be able to delete their files whenever they want.
Service Providers
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Security
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
